Analog radio: Time for the digital switchover

Analog radio is being phased out – KufNet makes switching to digital radio reception easy.

Starting in November 2025, KufNet will begin the gradual shutdown of analog radio in the cable network. Radio reception will then only be possible digitally throughout the entire service area. This digital reception already provides KufNet customers with crystal-clear sound and around 50 stations to choose from.

What does this mean for radio reception?

Anyone who has previously listened to the radio using an older stereo system via the cable TV connection will need a digital receiving device in the future (e.g., a compact radio receiver). This can be easily connected to existing systems.

How to receive radio digitally

Connect a digital receiver to your existing system
Use internet radio (e.g., via smart speakers)
Play radio via the television
