COmputeria Kufstein: Large crowds attend new lecture series

New lecture series for the young at heart on digital topics – practical, free of charge, and no registration required.

Since autumn 2013, COmputeria KUfstein has been supporting interested individuals on their journey toward digital independence. With its new lecture series, the initiative—supported by Stadtwerke Kufstein and KufNet—has struck a chord: up to 60 participants per session demonstrate the strong demand for clearly presented information on digital topics.

The lectures take place every first Tuesday of the month at 2:30 PM at the Innpark Residential Home. Topics range from digital timetables and cloud services to online banking—practical, free of charge, and without registration.

Strong Interest in Digital Topics

Thomas Schwaiger, team leader of COmputeria KUfstein and KufNet employee, is pleased with the positive response:

“Our new lecture series shows just how strong the interest in digital topics is—even among those who have had little previous exposure. Our goal is to make digital technologies accessible to people of all ages and to give them greater confidence in using them. The many positive responses motivate us to continue expanding our services.”

Individual Consultation: Personal and Straightforward

In addition to the monthly lectures, COmputeria continues to offer individual consultations in a relaxed atmosphere:

  • Tuesdays from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM (no registration required)
  • Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM (registration required)
